A £15.00 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit will be required at the time the booking is made to secure your slot. The remaining amount must be paid in CASH on the day of your booking. Please DO NOT bring any additional person/s with you to your makeup appointment. They will politely be asked to leave. LATE POLICY: An additional fee of £10.00 will be added to your remaining balance if you are over 15 minutes late (please be respectful of our time and the time of our other clients). Any later and your appointment will be cancelled. PREMIUM SLOTS: Any appointments before 11AM or after 7PM will be available for an extra £10.00, please email or DM to book. *** A confirmation email will be sent out once booking has been made. Our exact address will be sent out to you on the same day by email/text, so please put in a valid email/number.
